Yes! It's the real deal! Genuine pinup art of the early 2000's. This lovely Chupa Chups ad was made by Kim Governali. Unfortunately, I don't know much about the artist. I can only assume that she's a woman. As always, if you know anything, I'm down on hands and knees, begging you to let us know, by email or via the comment section of this article.
